Bickmore Product Warranty

Our Commitment

Bickmore warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship when used as directed and purchased from Bickmore or an authorized reseller. If a genuine Bickmore product fails to perform as described, we will replace it or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Authorized Online Reseller

TGW Company is the sole authorized online reseller of Bickmore products.

To be covered under this warranty, online purchases must be made directly from TGW Company, including TGW Company's storefronts on online marketplaces such as Amazon and any other e-commerce platforms where TGW Company is the listed seller. Products purchased online from any seller other than TGW Company - regardless of the marketplace or platform - are not covered, even if the product appears genuine or is sold as new.

Authorized brick-and-mortar retailers carrying Bickmore products in their physical stores remain covered with valid proof of purchase.

Why Authorized Channels Matter

Bickmore maintains strict quality controls with authorized resellers, including requirements for product storage, handling, inventory rotation, customer service, authenticity verification, and recall compliance. We cannot verify these standards are met by unauthorized sellers, whose products may be expired, degraded, tampered with, or otherwise compromised even when they appear identical to genuine product. Products from unauthorized sellers are not considered genuine Bickmore products and are not covered by any Bickmore warranty, express or implied.

Submitting a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Bickmore customer service at hello@bickmore.com with:

• Your name and contact information
• Proof of purchase showing purchase from an authorized retailer
• Product name
• Description of the issue and photographs, if applicable

Limitations

This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers, products misused or stored improperly after purchase or products without valid proof of purchase from an authorized source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bickmore disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, with respect to products sold by unauthorized resellers.
