Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Self-Serve Returns Portal:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. The cost of this return shipping label, along with a restocking fee, will be deducted from your final refund.

Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.

  • You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@bickmore.com.

Fees & Deductions

All eligible returns are subject to the following deductions:

  1. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing, credit card fees, and handling.

  2. Return Shipping: The cost of the provided prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee and shipping fee are waived if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at hello@bickmore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Aerosol Products: Due to shipping regulations, aerosol products are not eligible for return. However, if your aerosol product arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for a refund. Please contact us with photos of the damage to process your claim.

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have through our portal. Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and the cost of the return label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
